This permit is a testament to our commitment to pushing boundaries and overcoming challenges as we defy norms in an area where council guidelines usually limit heights to 10 storeys. Clayton is a major growth area and the increased density on this site will provide great amenity and create sustainable outcomes for the future of Melbourne.
