Edward Waters
Director
With significant experience in Residential and Commercial sectors, Ed is perfectly placed to take carriage of complex projects for Tango clients. He approaches every job with a discerning eye for risk and delivers critical advice on buildability, value management and procurement strategy. He has a positive leadership style and you’ll never see him without a smile which transcends the culture at Tango. Ed holds a Bachelor of Construction Management.
Luke Battley
Director
Luke directs Tango’s property division and possesses development experience across all real estate sectors. He has held executive leadership roles in public and private companies with a proven ability to manage large-scale complex developments. His key strength is a creative approach to transaction structuring to generate win-win outcomes for all stakeholders. Luke holds a Master of Applied Finance, Bachelor of Property & Construction (Honours) and Bachelor of Planning & Design.
Tony Mitchell
Director - Queensland
Tony is a highly experienced property and construction professional with over 25 years in the design and construction industry and possesses extensive knowledge of a diverse range of market sectors. He has successfully worked with developers, major builders and Government and has built an impressive project portfolio through his involvement in a number of significant public and private projects across the commercial, residential, retail, aviation and industrial market sectors. Tony holds a Master of Project Management (Construction) and a Bachelor of Architecture.
Steve Grayson
Director - Capital Works
With over 25 years’ experience, Steve is our safe pair of hands. A background in delivering large format retail across the country saw him in roles all the way up to National Property Manager. And we’re not just talking about the concrete pour. Steve’s gift is being able to balance our focus on outcomes whilst ensuring a great team culture. He has a constructive and no-nonsense approach which ensures there are, pardon the pun, no ‘Gray’ areas.
Lisa Andrews
Finance Manager
Lisa has over 10 years’ experience working across a diverse range of roles within administrative and executive support including; Finance Administration Manager, Office Manager, Executive Assistant and Internal ISO9001 Quality Management Company Representative. Lisa has several roles within the business extending to general office management, human relations, IT and is an invaluable part of the Tango team.

Tim Hale
After beginning his career in 1999, Tim went on to become one of HTA’s founding partners in 2008. He considers this his biggest professional achievement as it allows him to positively impact on so many lives, especially HTA’s wonderful clients and dynamic team. Tim’s favourite part of his job is talking! He’s thriving off helping people, listening, and tactically working through problems, big and small.
Tim brings a wealth of experience in the Property sector with strong experience around technical aspects of property development and service-based business in Construction, Design and Trades complementing a keen personal interest in Property.
Tim’s professional qualifications are as a CPA, Registered Tax Agent and a Chartered Tax Adviser and presently is CEO of HTA, a multi-disciplinary Financial Services business specializing in Taxation, Wealth & Finance broking.
Warren Keighran
With 30 years’ experience in the property and construction industry, Warren has now established Keighran Pty Ltd to provide independent development facilitation services and business strategy for all sectors of the industry.
With a unique skill set as a qualified Building Surveyor and Registered Builder, Warren has overseen well in excess of $1billion of private sector project development while also acting as the registered builder for a significant number of those projects.
While company director and registered builder for one of Melbourne’s leading fully integrated private development firms, Warren has been responsible for a highly diverse range of developments which ultimately contributed to the establishment of numerous new business units within the company.
