Stage 1: Project includes a 3-storey permanent building (approximately 2,395 m2 across 3 floors) that houses specialty subjects for Art, Technology and Science, including outdoor landscaped spaces.

Stage 2: Alamanda K-9 College Stage 2 involves the delivery of a new three-storey permanent primary school building to accommodate Year 3 and 4 students. This includes flexible STEM and multipurpose learning environments, landscaped outdoor recreation areas, and a rooftop futsal court. The removal and relocation of existing MODs will be required to create space for the new facility, temporarily impacting outdoor areas until the master plan is fully realised.
