Tango were appointed to Project Manage the refurbishment of Sustainability Victoria’s new workplace, located across two floors at 321 Exhibition Street.

Delivered via a Design & Construct contract, the project focused on green building principles which included repurposing the existing fitout where possible to minimise waste.

The project targeted the equivalent of a 5 Star Nabers Rating with focus on indoor environment quality, sustainability sourced materials, low emissions, and innovation.

Sustainability Victoria will use their new workplace to educate staff and guest groups onsustainable building practices.
