Tango Property Group has been engaged by Tre Towers in a development and project management role for the Rosemont project at Craig Street, Keilor East. The scheme delivers 42 high-end townhouses on a challenging greenfield infill site located above Steele Creek. The site’s significant slope required a calculated design and coordination across both built form and civil packages, along with extensive engagement with responsible authorities. Through the course of the project Tango has overseen feasibility assessment, design progression, tendering and early contractor involvement phases, ensuring delivery strategies are aligned with project objectives and site complexities.
