Tango has been working with the Liao family, the City of Greater Geelong and a consortium of neighboring developer/landowners for several years with objective of resolving the Creamery Road PSP. The landholding is a stunning northern orientation cropped by the Cowies Creek, future conservation corridor. Complex environmental matters relating to Commonwealth EPBC Act biodiversity approvals, precinct level drainage strategy, infrastructure design and Development Contribution Plan negotiations have represented our key focus in order to optimise planning outcomes and realise full development potential.
