Tango were engaged by Kmart Group (Kmart & Target) to assist with AFL negotiations, which expanded into a full Project Management role across the design and delivery of their new corporate Head Office project.

Designed by Bates Smart the project consists of Kmart Group taking 16,854m2 of PCA A Grade space spread across two new commercial buildings located within the Chadstone Shopping Centre precinct.

The project is planned for completion in late 2025 with occupation in early 2026.
