Tango Property Group identified a compelling opportunity to develop community housing on a site located immediately proximate to Springvale Station. The development is proceeding in partnership with Launch Housing as the Community Housing Provider proposed to own and operate the asset in future. Co-Investment has been provided by the Ruth Payton Foundation, with the project well aligned with their housing focused impact investment mandate. Upon completion the development will be home to ~104 future residents and families in great need of housing.
