The building offers high amenity with features including an auditorium, event space, café, wellness centre and rooftop terrace, and sits above a triple basement providing 64 car spaces. The project prioritises health, wellbeing and environmentally sustainable design. Tango appointed all consultants from inception and led the design through a suitable ECI, who sourced direct trade pricing for unique elements. Tango also provided value management strategies to help ensure the client’s budget was achieved.
