Tango are providing Project Management and Superintendent services for the construction and upgrade of infrastructure at a chemical waste facility. Works include a new Dangerous Goods and treatment warehouse, site offices, amenities, two weighbridges, and hardstands across the 1,800m² site. The upgrade is being delivered under a Design and Construct agreement while maintaining full live-site operations. A key challenge is ensuring uninterrupted operations and upholding the highest OH&S/HSE standards through close collaboration between the Principal and Contractor.
