Feasibility stage services exploring affordable housing development opportunity to make best use of surplus land and car-parking assets owned by Pelligra Group. High density modular construction solutions have been explored in detail with local and international construction groups. Concept design and feasibility services have centered around a scheme for 170 affordable apartments which may ultimately seek HAFF funding in collaboration with a Community Housing Provider.
