Design and construction of a new greenfield, purpose-built Coles supermarket is being delivered with Tango Projects, with the centre designed to reflect the character of the surrounding suburb. Once complete, the development will feature a 3,640m² Coles supermarket, a 150m² Liquorland tenancy, and 177 car parks across two basement levels, providing essential retail services and improved accessibility.
