Designed by Red Door Architects and built by Melrose Construction, this project involves delivering a brand-new clubhouse and rectifying courts for the Brisbane Netball Association. The works include the reconstruction of 14 tiered netball courts damaged by flooding and heavy rains in early 2023. Funded by the Queensland Government’s Community and Recreational Assets Recovery and Resilience Program, the project requires complex subbase and retaining rectification, extensive civil works, and careful management within a highly constrained budget.
