The project delivered 2,145m² of warehouse suites comprising 12 tenancies for small to medium businesses, providing goods storage, distribution space, and racking systems for fast dispatch. Each tenancy included two-storey mezzanine offices for administration, logistics, and sales. Tango led the design and construction process, creating an efficient multi-tenancy operation with functional layouts and high-bay racking, and undertook a robust ECI procurement process that enabled value management and highly competitive subcontractor pricing.
