A staged refurbishment and upgrade of an existing 1,100m² dealership carried out while fully operational, including premium fitouts for the new Polestar and Zeekr showrooms. Designed by Gray Puksand, the works created two distinct brand environments, a dual vehicle delivery bay, and incorporated feature lighting, bespoke joinery, high-end finishes, and brand-aligned signage. The project also delivered external façade and signage upgrades to enhance presence along Toorak Road, all completed within a tight program to meet national launch milestones for both brands.
