Designed by WMK, the scope included the below:
- Ground floor foyer refurbishment, including a new café
- Speculative suite fitout throughout Level 8
- Amenities and lobby upgrades
- Lift extension which included rooftop activation
- Full exterior ACP cladding replacement
- Level 9 & 10 stair infill and meeting room creation
