Industrial Roll out – Various works were delivered across properties within the 151 property portfolio, with Tango Projects acting on behalf of 151 to manage and complete works associated with lease renewals. These works included, but were not limited to, benching sites, concrete hardstands, shed extensions, recessed docks, super awnings, office refurbishments, painting, roof replacements, safety upgrades, amenity upgrades in introductions, and retaining walls.
