NEW Mixed Use

We’re thrilled to announce another mixed-use commercial development project is underway! Tango Projects were engaged by our valued client, H.CO Property to lead the redesign, value management, procurement, and delivery of this project. The development features a 120-place childcare centre, allied health spaces, retail spaces and basement car parking for 51 cars. Despite the challenges presented by the project’s complex planning history and proximity to external authorities, Tango Projects conducted a rigorous design ‘health check’ to improve the design, buildability solutions, and lettable area. We’re grateful to be working on this with such a great team.
